CONCERTS - Organizing and presenting jazz concerts and jazz-related activities throughout the year.
NEWSLETTER - Providing a periodic publication to members concerning jazz activities and pertinent news regarding the SDJS.
EDUCATION - Guiding the development, organization and presentation of Dixieland jazz activities in local schools and colleges and providing jazz scholarships to worthy young musicians.
MEDIA - Encouraging presentation of Dixieland jazz programming on local radio and television stations and providing support to those stations.
JAZZ FESTIVAL - The SDJS is a major sponsor of the Suncoast Dixieland Jazz Classic. The 14th Classic has come and gone, but we're looking forward to next year now.
